The Badge is ready to install onto your heads.
Line up the profile of the Badge up against the profile of your heads. Once you are lined up, just give a good quick push, that’s it. If the Badge is not lined up perfectly, with a soft peen hammer, you can gently tap on either side of the base, till it is lined up. If the Badge is not flush to the heads, then remove all sets of screws, and remove the base. Tap the retaining clips, further onto the cooling fin, just enough to close the gap from your initial installation. Note: There is usually about a 10/100 of a gap or less in some applications. Then reinstall all the removed items, base, screws and emblem.

If for some reason you need to remove the retaining clips, all you need to do is grab 2 wire and feed them in front of the clips and tighten them both evenly till the clip pops off. See pic.
