POLICY

Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from purchase. If after 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your money. Custom engraved items are non-refundable. There will be a 35% restocking fee on any other returns.
Please contact us at support@street-hawg.com with why you want to return or exchange your purchase. Please provide us with some pictures of your issues. Once approved, we will assign you an RMA number that must accompany all returns and instructions for your return. Missing RMA will result in no return, exchange or refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified on the status of your item. 
If item is approved, then your item will be exchanged or a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@street-hawg.com.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your original purchase price.
